**Interim Head of Procurement, Leadership role with Team of 4 reports, Milton Keynes/Hybrid, c£100k per annum**

Our client, a well respected organisation with a Milton Keynes head office, are looking to recruit an Interim Head of Procurement on a 6 month FTC.

The purpose of the role will be to set the Procurement strategy for the business, provide guidance and support the organisation in the procurement and management of suppliers,

Your main responsibilities as the Interim Head of Procurement will include:

- **Managing, directing and motivating a team**:

- **Establishing policies and procedures**:

- **Effective Stakeholder management**:

- **Developing KPIs**:

- **Actively managing and performing the full range of procurement activities**:

- **Resolution of problems with suppliers**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and engaging Company. It is essential that you will have held a similar role previously and have experience within Team Management and the full range of Procurement activities.
