**_The role_**

With development being high on the agenda, the business is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their growing team.In this role you will support key people, departments, and projects by being involved in a wide range of learning activities.The position presents a wonderful opportunity to bring your knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to a wide variety of stakeholders across the European region.

Reporting into the Regional L&D Partner responsibilities will include:

- Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Being creative by designing and updating a variety of learning materials, this will be face-t-face, virtual delivery, and e-learning packages, reflecting the company's blended learning approach
- Delivering, co-delivering, or facilitating a variety of learning activities and programmes
- Nurturing and supporting graduates on their development programme, providing learning and career development advice for those in the early stages of their career
- Looking after the Learning Management System and using Excel to produce monthly compliance reports for managers
- Finding innovative new ways to deliver learning, including internal, external, remotely, and online/e-learning
- Ensuring employees remain compliant in terms of learning and training needs, so they can continue to assist clients to solve their environmental and sustainability goals
- Sourcing the very best external training providers and learning for the business
- Seeking every opportunity to improve processes
- Ensuring intranet pages are exciting and engaging, ensuring access to learning is available at the click of a button
- Providing support to People Talent and Development Lead with activities such as appraisals and promotions
- Working with the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Committee to implement initiatives that support the company’s sustainability report

**_Person Specification_**
- A solid background in learning and development
- An understating of how to conduct Training Needs Analysis
- Ability to write and design learning materials, taking into consideration learning styles and delivery methods
- Delivery and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Strong IT skills, including Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to spot problems, and challenge and overcome them.

**_Salary_**

£30,000 - £35,000 plus company pension, healthcare offering, travel and life insurance, critical illness cover, structured career framework with regular reviews offering outstanding opportunities for progression, 25 days annual leave, hybrid/agile workingbased around core hours
