Newstaff Employment Services are working in Partnership an EPOS company based in Kingston Milton Keynes
You will be part of the professional service retail implementation team, we are looking for an Office Administrator to support the team with all office duties
**Duties will include**:
- Managing the day-to-day schedule of work
- Running utilisation and other engineering reports as required
- Answering the phone
- Inputting information to an in-house system
- Arranging flights/ferries and hotels where required
- Arranging engineer collections and pick ups for installations
- Administration and auditing of engineer sign off's and scale verification reports
- Speaking to the engineer’s daily basis to ensure their well-being and understanding of the days work
**Essential**:
