Warehouse Operations Team Leader

We currently employ over 500 people are seeking to strengthen out team by recruiting additional Reach Drivers to support our growth, having gone through significant expansion.

**Key Accountabilities**
**- Team Leadership**: Support the Warehouse Operations Manager with line management of the Finished Goods Stock Control, Transport, Gatehouse and Despatch teams.
- **Inventory Management**: Take the lead on the preparation and collation of a periodic QC report for all inventory (componentry and finished goods).
- With the support of the warehouse operational teams and Finished Goods Stock Control Team, ensure accurate receiving, storing, and tracking of finished goods, as well as regular cycle counts and inventory audits;
- When the Warehouse Operations Manager is absent, cover responsibilities such as:

- Execute end of period customer reporting (eg Red Bull MEC collation and submission);
- Attend customer facing calls / meetings;
- Issue branded customer overview;
- Deliver other internal and customer reporting requirements as required.
- Own and control the scheduling (‘booking-in’) of collections by hauliers in a phased and efficient managed across defined collection windows, with a 100% compliance target.
- Co-ordinate with Technical and Inventory teams to ensure the timely processing, release and shipment of residual stock, Non-Conformances, Rework Stock or other Hold Stock.
- Liaise with the Technical and/or NPD Co-Ordinator to release trial materials and arrange shipment to customers and/or relevant delivery points.
- Control the scheduling and movement of finished goods to external storage platforms and planning ‘call-off’, as required.
- Process orders for shipments from external warehouse locations in a timely manner.
- Control the Transport Team to ensure the processing of orders in a timely fashion and to an exceptional degree of accuracy in line with customer Service Level requirements.
- Receive and process weekly Purchase Orders for relevant customers eg Red Bull, Suntory.
- Control the allocation and arranging of haulage in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed cost parameters.
- Control the processing of transport and stock related transactions in third party systems (eg Bottling App) or other customer platforms and assist the Inventory Team to maintain full data accuracy in these platforms.
- Co-ordinate transport trials where required by liaising with the Technical, Production, Sales and/or New Product Development teams.
- Co-ordinate the Transport Team to ensure that co-pack priority stock requests are satisfied.
- Play a leading role in the planning and implementation of Audited Stock Counts eg Year End.

Pay: £38,066.74 per year
