As an NHS 111 Senior Clinical Advisor - Tier 3 with LCW, you will lead the call centre as the clinical navigator, managing the patient flows within the call centre to ensure that the risk is managed appropriately. You will be expected to provide proactiveand visible clinical and, as required, operational support to our Health Advisors and Clinical Advisors during hours of operation.

This is a vital patient care role that supports delivery of high-quality clinical advice to people who have called the 24-hour NHS 111 service for an urgent care need.

You will actively promote and contribute to a performance culture in relation to the 111 service and all other clinical services provided by the organisation.

**You will**:

- Harness your wealth of healthcare experience to assess and lead patients to the correct health outcome, providing the most appropriate advice and treatment, based on their assessment
- Work quickly and accurately with resilience under pressure

Record data quickly and accurately on the computer

**Essential**:

- Registered nurses or paramedics with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in a pre-hospital, primary care or ED setting
- Accredited Pathways clinician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience post accreditation
- Competencies in Clinical Navigation, clinical floor walking and clinical advice line in 111 call centres fully met and evidenced
- Experience of coaching others evidenced with clinical coaching accreditation
- Evidence of undertaking regular update training and continuous personal/professional development
- High levels of motivation and a passion for delivering quality patient care
- An ability to adapt to a new and challenging setting

- Shifts include a mixture of days, weekends, evenings and overnight, covering a 24/7 operation, working a flexible rota
- Full and P/T opportunities - hours available 12, 18, 24, 30 and 37.5 hours pw
- Salary up to £51,000 + unsocial enhancements
- Based in St Charles Hospital, Exmoor Street, London, W10 6DZ
- Training will be 3 full days of training based at St Charles Hospital, including some coaching, plus additional local clinical navigator induction
- Opportunities to develop and train further and progression into more senior roles.
