Domestic and Commercial Cleaner

IMMEDIATE START

Plain and simple, we are looking for the next reliable team member who is willing to put in the work and reap the benefits. You must be flexible, willing to travel to Harlow and Rayleigh for commercial cleaning of newly built houses and flats as and when needed. Must be able to work during school holidays. Must be able to work Tuesday - Fridays.

High rates of pay.

Domestic work can be given(if available) in the gaps when commercial cleaning isn't available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Domestic cleaning - Mopping, dusting, internal window, door cleaning, emptying bins and vacuuming etc.
- Commercial cleaning - Sparkle / build cleans of newly built homes, training will be provided
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Must have own dependable car / van
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and use of cleaning equipment essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, bend and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the designated timeframe
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, residents and team members
- Basic DBS background checks will be carried out
- Must be reliable

**Hours of work**:

- Self / employed role
- Part time / Full time
- Locations will be Wickford surrounding areas, Rayleigh and Harlow and surrounding local areas for domestic and potentially further for commercial

**Salary**:

- £12.00ph - £13.00ph
- Pay will be 1 x week in hand with Friday weekly pay via bank transfer
- Overtime will be offered as and when it's available
