**A Financial Software Company based in London is seeking a Media Campaign Planner to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months**

**You will support the Senior Media Manager for the development & execution of our integrated ATL/BTL media campaigns to continue building the brand in the UK and fast-track our ambitious growth plans.**

**Sitting within the Media & Performance Marketing team you will work closely with our Digital Media Lead, PPC Manager and Paid Social specialist. The Media Campaign Planner will be expected to regularly work in cross-functional teams, aligning withAudience Marketing + Brand Marketing teams to produce audience first ATL campaigns.**

**Duties**:

- Work closely with agencies and the wider marketing team to plan & launch integrated marketing campaigns
- Support in managing a multi-million pound budget in line with your strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target
- Support Senior Media Manager in meetings and present business plans/results to senior leaders on regular basis
- Provide continuous customer and market insights to shape your strategy and influence decisions across the business
- Stay up to date on latest media, technology, industry and competitor trends and translate these into new acquisition opportunities
- Coach team on fast learning cycles and testing to continuously improve growth outcomes
- Continuously assess media performance in partnership with our analytics team and agencies to optimise the media mix & tactics
- Own cross-functional status, project roadmaps and innovation roadmaps

**Skills and experience**:

- At least 4 years of experience in media planning and performance marketing within agency environment or client side
- Strong understanding of all media channels including TV, OOH, VOD, radio, digital radio, media sponsorship, SEM, programmatic, social media, affiliates, etc
- Proven experience of successfully planning and running a wide range of integrated brand and direct response campaigns
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with clear understanding of how both online and offline media strategies work together to deliver the best results
- Testing mindset to quickly validate hypotheses and drive incrementality
- Comfortable with managing large-scale projects in a high-velocity environment with multiple stakeholders as well as large budgets
- Strong organisational abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy whilst multi-tasking
- Outstanding communicator that can effectively manage agencies and communicate at all levels of the business
- Strong analytical focus with experience of assessing offline/online media performance through regression analysis & MMM analysis
- Proven networking/cross-functional skillset
