**We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant**

Our Millars Shoe Store team are passionate, knowledgeable and energetic and we are always on the look out for new individuals to help us deliver a brilliant shopping experience for our customers.

At Millars Shoe Store we believe in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, and it all starts with our Store Team Members. As an essential part of the Millars team, you'll be the first smiling face our customers see, providing outstanding service and product knowledge

**DUTIES**:

- Provide an exceptional experience for customers from the moment they enter the store.
- Deliver outstanding service by understanding customers need and offering fantastic product knowledge
- Maintain a clean and organised store
- Efficiently handle transactions at the till in accordance with operating procedures.
- Follow operating procedures, such as handling deliveries and ensuring timely replenishment.

- A passion for footwear and fashion.
- Available Full time
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- You’ve got good organisational skills and attention to detail
- You’re a team player with high levels of motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
- Sales skills to promote products and drive revenue
- A strong grasp of customer service and ability to connect with different customers.

**SCHEDULE**:
**Full Time**:

- 8 Hour Shifts
- Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week

**Part Time**:

- 4 - 21 Hours per week, must be flexible
