Night Care Assistant

7.45pm - 8am (3 nights per week ) including alternate weekends*
£10.90 per hour/£12.90 per hour for Saturday night and overtime

Your Responsibilities:
- Get to know the residents and encourage their independence and support them according to their needs
- Treat residents with respect, maintaining their dignity at all times
- Work with other health and social care professionals to provide individual care and development plans
- Record and report daily activity, using the IT systems
You will need**:A friendly and caring approach with a genuine desire to help people ** To be reliable and flexible Team working skills with the ability to use your own initiative
