**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Being the point of escalation for the technical team and customers for queries and complaints. Ensuring any team escalated issues through to resolution whilst reporting on team KPI’s.
- Providing technical support and internal training to the workshop and back office/support staff.
- Giving the team direction on priorities for repairs when there is limited technician resource available. Following all systems ad procedures to ensure compliance with the quality systems, specifically ISO9001 and ISO13485:2016.
- Building client relationships and providing quality care and customer satisfaction. In addition to responding knowledgeably to questions or queries from existing or future customers on our product service offering.
- Being commercially driven working to service group KPI targets for FTF, revenue, and communication levels to customers.
- Training and development of team members, upkeep of the training skills matrix and managing all HR aspects of the team e.g. holiday and sickness management.
