**Job Title**: Packer (Small Components)
**Location**: Hadfield, Derbyshire
**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Packer to join our small, focused team in our Hadfield-based warehouse. This is a physically demanding role, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pack high-volume client components according to set specifications and timelines.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in packing to meet client requirements.
- Work closely with the team to maintain workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and tasks based on the needs of the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to handle physically repetitive tasks for long hours.
- Strong focus and attention to detail are essential.
