Business Analyst - Finance Transformation Programme. 2-year fixed-term contract. Salary up-to £44,500k + generous pension and 33 days holiday allowance.
Offered on a hybrid wfh model (evolving to 2 days in Cambridge HQ) to suit personal circumstance.
Working on our client's finance transformation programme, an ambitious programme of change centred on an enterprise-wide implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, you will be - initially - working on identifying common processes (as-is), process redesign (to-be),streamlining internal operations and understanding required access levels. These responsibilities will evolve over 18 months to focus - together with their external systems partner - on the challenges presented by the implementation itself.
Our newest Remote Business Analyst will be expected to:
*Carry out analysis to define problem scope and business objectives.
*Ensure that business requirements and processes are fully understood and clearly documented.
*Work day-to-day as part of a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, designers, developers, project managers and others.
*Collaborate with this team to plan and simplify complex projects, delivering on the strategic priorities of the organisation.
*Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
*Extensive experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary delivery team to shape and build digital products and services.
*Experience of carrying out business analysis in an agile delivery environment.
*Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
*Experience of Oracle Cloud HCM (or any similar enterprise scale ERP / business systems implementation) would be highly beneficial.
*Experience of finance systems - in particular, payroll - ideal.
