**Position Summary**:
As a Team Member, you will greet and serve guests, prepare food, adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, and handle light paperwork. This role places a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. You represent our global brand, setting the tone for every guest's experience with your warm smile and friendly greeting. Your positive attitude, coupled with the ability to craft delectable sandwiches efficiently, positions you as an indispensable member of our team. Customers keep returning because of the outstanding service you provide.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Greet and serve guests with a cheerful and helpful demeanour, accurately explaining menu items.
- Utilize Point of Sale system/cash register for order processing, payment collection, and change-making.
- Prepare food promptly and neatly according to established formulas.
- Monitor sandwich unit area, restocking items to maintain an adequate supply throughout the shift.
- Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during all phases of food service.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all restaurant areas to uphold a positive image.
- Perform duties such as bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Comply with quality standards, formulas, and procedures outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual.
- Complete assigned light paperwork duties.
- Participate in University of Subway® courses as directed.
- No prior experience is necessary; your motivation, work ethic, and ability to understand and implement instructions make you a valuable addition to the store.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.50-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
