We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our Service department as an Aftermarket Service Administrator. To be successful for this role, you will have organisational skills second to none and be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels. Customer service will be at the forefront of everything you do and you get real satisfaction for providing a fantastic service. You enjoy working as part of a team, your Microsoft office skills are excellent and you have a real aptitude for learning new systems. You are naturally very proactive, quick at problem solving and conscientious in your working style, always working to the best of your ability. These skills will enable you to perform the role to a high standard and will assist you with your progression within the role and the company.
**About the role**
As the After Market Service Administrator, you will be responsible for booking in customers for their scheduled service work for our biggest brand, John Deere. With an extensive range of products in the John Deere portfolio, the role will cover all product areas from Agriculture to homeowner.
This permanent role has been created to fulfil a business need, ensuring we capture all Service opportunities across all 8 of our branches for our main brand. This is a high-level, fast-paced customer facing role, based at our Blashford (Ringwood) office and requires a flexible customer service skill-set as you will be speaking with customers from all areas of our market base.
After liaising with the customer to agree on a suitable appointment, you will then ensure the service scheduler is updated with the booking and that the service department then receives a job card and any relevant information for that customer’s booking. You will also liaise with the Service Managers and Service admin teams to resolve any queries or issues to ensure they are effectively closed out.
Once the service is completed, you will then ensure the Service Admin Portal is updated to reflect the completed work.

- An outstanding telephone manner, to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
- A high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Bigger picture thinker ensuring we have a flexible approach to our booking process.
- Pro-active, positive and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Flexible customer service skills to adapt to different customers and situations.
- A background in agriculture would be ideal but this is not essential.
