**About The Role**

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join one of our longest standing care packages and work alongside a well-established team. Our client has **Motor Neurone Disease** and has been successfully supported at home now for over a decade. He loves to be outdoors in the good weather, enjoys going for walks and being in his garden. Full training is provided to enable you to meet the range of complex needs our client has. Our client also directs his own care very well and will teach you about more than just his care needs, he is a fountain of knowledge and really appreciates the professional relationships he has built and maintained with his team since being home.

**Hours of Work**

7:30am - 7:30pm - Day shift (Mon - Sun)

7:30pm - 7:30am - Waking night (Mon - Sun)

**Rates of Pay**

£16.50 per hour - Day shift (Mon - Fri)

£17.50 per hour - Day shift (Sat - Sun)

£17.50 per hour - WN shift (Mon - Fri)

£18.50 per hour - WN shift (Sat - Sun)

**About You**

Required
- Flexibility to work shifts as part of a team on a rota basis
- Friendly, approachable and confident
- Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
- Non smoker

Desirable
- Registered on the DBS update service
- Experience of working with complex care needs
- Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex needs
