**Job Overview**
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. Working 3 days out of 7 days this will include alternate weekend day.

Shifts are 10am-3.30pm Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday and 10am-3pm Sunday. Must be available to cover staff holidays, sickness and other absences.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in their purchases, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Utilise time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and transactions efficiently.
- Maintain an organised store environment by ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
- Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while maintaining a friendly approach.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
