Reporting to the Operations Contracts Manager you will assist with onsite management of Quality Control, Health and Safety, Customer Satisfaction whilst ensuring projects remain on target, in line with budgets and timescale constraints.

You will be expected to support in planning of sub-contractors, and also utilise your multi-trader experience with hands on support to ensure projects continue to progress as scheduled.

Essential skills and Experience: Substantial experience of managing finishing trades. Hands on approach. Strong people management skills. Exceptional communication skills.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
