**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analysing labour, materials, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for estimating purposes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labour costs to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare and present estimates to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, roofing, or a related field are advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £48,962.00-£53,320.00 per year
