Emerging Talent Coordinator - Manchester
For DWF's high profile Emerging TalentTeam, we are seeking to recruit an Emerging Talent Coordinator to be based in our Manchester office to support the Emerging Talent Recruitment Specialist as well as the wider Emerging Talent team. Activities would bethose associated with our annual recruitment of trainee solicitors and business services graduates across the UK and Republic of Ireland. These include marketing activities, managing social media campaigns, attending law fairs, running open days, assessmentcentres and managing day-to-day administration. This person would also contribute to the wider team with ideas, showing initiative and problem solving.
You will work alongside the Emerging Talent Recruitment Specialist, manage social media campaigns to fully reflect the DWF brand and optimise our profile in the graduate recruitment market. You will Book and manage our schedule of law fairs, career webinars,open days, work experience schemes, assessment centres and social events. Coordinate volunteers and guest speakers. You will also update materials and produce information packs, whilst ensuring a timetable has been prepared, slides are up-to-date, rooms andcatering are booked, organise name badges etc.
You will have the opportunity to work within a dedicated team where you will:
- Graduate recruitment experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
- The ability to produce engaging and creative social media content.
- A willingness to travel around the UK including overnight stays
- A confident presenter desirable but not essential (for hosting events etc)
