We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team at an exciting time of investment in big programmes of change planned to ensure that, through our large Bank Member team of health professionals, we widen and raise our support to the NHS.

As a Product Manager you will be working across various operational and IT disciplines, to design, develop and implement innovative solutions. You’ll be working in partnership with internal and external customers and external providers, to improve operationaldelivery of services. You will be responsible for ensuring that the IT and business solutions for specific product(s), aligned with specific business strategies, are delivered using the Agile methodology being adopted by NHS Professionals.

You’ll need great attention to detail and be comfortable getting to the root of the product so that you become the respected voice of the product within the company. You’ll become the go-to person for colleagues and clients when detail is required.
- Proven product owner / manager experience, preferably in digital products, managing product life-cycles and roadmaps.
- Demonstrable ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Experience of working with Agile methodology
- Passionate about designing and building delightful user experiences that get the job done
- Presentation, influencing and communication skills, especially in being able to clearly explain the technical to the non-technical
- An inquisitive nature and an attention to detail
- We’re not looking for coding skills but a good technical understanding would be beneficial
- Someone who can hold it all together when things aren’t going to plan
