I am recruiting Regional Lean Practitioners for my client a nationwide manufacturing business with over 20 sites UK-wide.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your experience to drive change across the group

The role offers a salary of up to 50k plus a car allowance and encourages Hybrid working

You will be working as part of the Continuous Improvement team covering the North of England focusing on the products, systems, and operational processes

Key areas of responsibility for the Lean Practitioner;
- Participate in Lean health checks identifying areas for improvement
- Perform workplace audits streamlining processes
- Map process and value streams, focusing on layouts and sequencing
- Demonstrate excellent performance behaviours and champion them across the business
- Undertake continuous training and development in root cause analysis

To be successful as the Lean Practitioner you will;
- Have lean manufacturing experience
- Experience in coaching and training CI tools across a business
- Green Belt six Sigma qualification or equivalent
- Understanding ISO14001 and Health and Safety practises
- Experience using Excel for data mining (Minitab desirable)
- As a regional lean practitioner, you will cover all sites based in the North of England
