**JOB TITLE**:Takeaway Coordinator

**LOCATION**: Galgorm Hotel - The Woodpecker, Tuscan Garden

**REPORTING TO**:Head Chef/Executive Chef

**HOURS**: 6PM - 11PM, Open 7 Days per week.

**JOB LOCATION**: The Woodpecker, Tuscan Garden, Galgorm Hotel

**SALARY**: £13 - £14 per hour

**About The Woodpecker**:
Our newly launched The Woodpecker is Galgorm’s brand-new takeaway service, designed to cater for our self-catering guests, and residents within the local area. Located in the picturesque Tuscan Garden, we are committed to delivering a seamless and delightful dining experience.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing delivery schedules and ensuring timely product distribution.
- Collaborating with guests and drivers to coordinate deliveries.
- Checking orders for accuracy and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Managing cleanliness standards in line with health and safety regulations.
- Processing orders efficiently and troubleshooting any issues.

**About You**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in IT and comfortable using digital scheduling tools.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the local Galgorm area.
- Previous experience in a similar role
