**What is your role?**

An exciting opportunity to join as an experienced Senior Accounts Payable who will be supporting the Accounts Manager & Finance Director with all aspects within Finance. The company is fast-paced, fun, huge growth plans and challenging, but for all the rightreasons

**The role**

Playing a crucial part within the Finance department, you will support all areas within Transactional, Bank reconciliation, Accounts and assisting with Analysis in supporting the Finance Director. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth runningwithin the finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers are paid on time, receive the best customer service. The exciting part also, will be to always be thinking and looking at improvements whilst the business doubles in size

**Job Duties**:

- Processing multi-currency invoices and ensure correct Tax
- Matching POs to invoices and dealing with any discrepancies
- Creating new vendor accounts in the system
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Weekly creditors reporting
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Prepare and manage weekly payment runs
- Manage and process employee expenses
- Point of contact for all non-stock AP side
- Adhoc projects when required

**Key Skills**
- 5+ years AP experience
- Experience with billing POs
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands
