Reporting into the Head of Business and Bodyshop Leader, the Bodyshop Supervisor will support in Administrative element held within a busy Bodyshop and SMART environment

What does the Bodyshop Supervisor role involve?
- To ensure that the premises, equipment and other assets are controlled and used effectively
- To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills
- Ensure that all members of the team attend manufacturer and company training as required for the role
- Ensure all clerical functions within the Bodyshop are carried out in accordance with policies (warranty claims, customer follow-up, workshop loading, daily operating controls, parts returns surcharges)
- Ensure adequate maintenance of Bodyshop premises, tools, equipment and other materials
- Update team members with information relating to the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring they are aware of departmental plans, processes, systems and policy, developing a customer focused environment
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environment legislation and processes are adhered to

What do you need to succeed as a Bodyshop Supervisor?
- Previous experience of supervising staff and coaching others would be advantageous
- You will need to be highly organised with keen attention to detail
- An excellent communicator with the ability to motivate a team
- The ability to support and adhere to and implement strict Health and Safety policies
