We are currently looking for a Care Supervisor to join our friendly team. They will assist the management team to provide care administration, client assessment and care calls. This is the ideal position to form a foundation for higher positions in your career if you have senior care aspirations. Equally we would love to meet anybody currently in a similar role or a person returning to care with experience. **What will the job entail?** They will form a team of two Care Supervisors who will work to ensure: 1. Timely initial set up of Clients records on the "PASS" system. 2. Care Plans are written implemented and maintained 3. the care call rota is covered (and cover calls where necessary). 4. Clients are met and meetings are booked. 5. Client assessments are carried out. 6. clients, family and third party (Physio District nurse etc) issues are resolved. 7. the carers team are informed and knowledgeable 8. new staff are integrated, and spot checks/supervisions are completed when asked 9. Encourage a model of Client self-care and rehabilitation where applicable. **What are we looking for in a Care Supervisor?** Experience in daily charts, medical administration and good computer knowledge would all be expected. A driving license and transport are essential.
