**Conveyancing Solicitor**
**Location**: Middlesbrough
**Salary**: £38,000-£40,000
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, traditional office hours
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
You will join a small branch of a wider Solicitors firm, in their Middlesbrough office. Working alongside buyers, Estate Agents, and Mortgage Brokers, you will run a caseload of Sales, Purchase, Remortgage, and Transfer of Equity files from inception to completion.
**The Successful Applicant**:

- Able to take ownership of a caseload
- Post-qualified experience in Conveyancing
- Knowledge covering Leasehold, Newbuild, Help to Buy Equity, Equity Release, and Staircasing
