Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Implement strategies to support children with special educational needs
- Provide physical education and speech therapy interventions
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised education plans
- Mentor and coach staff on effective behaviour management techniques
- Utilise applied behaviour analysis principles to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for children
- Proofread and review educational materials for accuracy and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Qualified level 3 or above, with SEN experience
- Proven experience working with children with diverse needs
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and safeguarding procedures.
- working practical with alongside pre school as a team leader.
