Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team, on a 12-month fixed term contract* basis at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield. On offer is a competitivesalary of up to £20,000pa dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and talented individual to support the Group Marketing Director and Group Marketing Executive, assisting in the capable execution of the business' brand and marketing strategy on a 12-month fixed term contract* basis.

**Key duties and requirements**

Key duties will also include using our CMS system to:

- Write and update copy.
- Add and optimise plot listings.
- Update photography.
- Launch new developments with 'Coming Soon'
- Updating advertising banners.
- Briefing our advertising agency on any other website requirements that will improve CRO.
- Assisting with any UX updates.
- Reviewing Rightmove and other property portals to ensure best market position.
- Managing the intranet and ensuring marketing communications are updated regularly.
- Building and managing internal and external E-mail campaigns.
- Proofreading and briefing the social media team and agreeing blog content.
- Assisting in ad hoc marketing activities to support the group marketing team and our external PR, social media and advertising agencies.

**Who are we looking for?**

The successful Group Digital Marketing Assistant must possess a keen interest in websites and website content, whist also showcasing a confidence in writing captivating copy. Strong communication skills along with passion, a willingness to learn and thinkingoutside of the box are also essential skills required for the role.

To be considered for this vacancy you must also possess:

- A broad knowledge of IT skills especially Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience or interest in web management and Open-Source CMS systems.
- Degree level or higher education/training relevant to marketing/business or IT/digital.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
