Vp of Finance

**£150-180k + equity**

**Dublin OR London with frequent travel to Pakistan.**

**The Opportunity**

Finatal are currently retained on a search for a Vice-President of Finance for an exceptionally high-growth AI/ data driven business. The business has seen phenomenal growth and is verging on Unicorn status. The Group CFO now requires a high-calibre hireto support the business’ transition from founder ownership to an investor ready position.

The role will demand a high level of autonomy, someone who is solution focused, and open to international travel, specifically to Pakistan where a significant proportion of the operations are centralised.

**The role**

Create a scalable, investor ready quality finance function.

Autonomy to build, hire, up-skill and scale a best-in-class team.

Problem solve legacy issues arising from the hyper-growth of this business.

Review and improve controls, policies, and procedures.

Establish a strong relationship with external auditors and advisors, leading the audit process.

Oversee the Finance team, most of which are based internationally in Pakistan.

Full ownership of financial reporting under IFRS and USGAAP.

**The Requirements**

You must either be based in Dublin or be open to travelling there on a week on/ week off basis.

You must be open to spending 20% of your year working in Pakistan.

Working knowledge and understanding of Taxation, Intellectual Property, Patents, and Transfer Pricing.

Demonstrable knowledge of what a Private Equity finance function looks like.

ACA/ ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.
