Rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission, Loveday Chelsea Court Place, which is located on the King's Road, has been welcoming members since October 2016.

This role will be a direct report to the Guest Service Supervisor/Manager or the Nurse on duty in the absence of the aforementioned.

To provide Above & Beyond service to our Members, their families, guests and all visitors to Loveday Chelsea Court Place at all times. To assist with food service during mealtimes whilst maintaining Front of House standards.

This is a unique role, which will see you combining your experience in Food and Beverage service with general Reception and Administrative duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RECEPTION/ADMINSTRATION

To meet and greet Members, their families, guests and all other visitors to the property in a professional and courteous manner, in line with the Loveday Service ethos and excellence in service standards.
Answer incoming calls and redirect or take messages, as necessary.
Receive deliveries, post and packages and sort/distribute to the relevant recipient(s) in a timely manner.
Ensure the Reception, common areas and food service area are always maintained to the highest standards, by working closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE

To assist the care team with food service to Members, guests and visitors at mealtimes.
Ensure that all cutlery and glassware is pristine and organised throughout the day by working closely with the kitchen team to ensure these are consistently stocked and available.
Delivering meals, snacks and beverages to Members’ suites when they have guests or would prefer to have meals in their suites.
Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when requested by Members, their families, guests and visitors.
Provide ad hoc F&B service as required.
PERSON CRITERIA

You will be well organised, efficient, friendly and polite with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a diversity of Members and families on a daily basis.

Loveday Chelsea Court Place is an assisted living facility for elderly people living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, so it is paramount that our Members are always treated with dignity and the upmost respect.
