We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Build Team based Glasgow.

**Location**: HMP Glasgow

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Commercial Team, supporting them by completing commercial admin tasks.

Your day to day will include:

- Oversee daily the cash flow forecast tracker
- Ensure QS team are storing a copy of all payment notices in one central folder for each month
- Ensure tracker & requesting up to date insurances where applicable / on expiry
- Assisting with collation of subcontract documentation
- Attending Commercial Meetings & updating weekly action tracker

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if you have:

- Expereince in a similar position
- Fully conversant with relevant Microsoft software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills & confidence to be able to liaise with all levels such as graduates, quantity, surveyors, senior quantity surveyors, commercial managers & ultimately the
Commercial Director
