**Processing Executive**
**Location: Luv Car Loans**

As a Processing Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience. From helping them complete their finance documents to verifying important information, you'll be there to guide them every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a daily client base, working alongside our Account Managers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey by liaising between the sales team and internal departments.
- Assist with document checking and verification, identifying errors, discrepancies, or potential fraud.
- Support customers in completing their finance documents and understanding their agreements.
- Process and upload documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Meet company standards and deadlines by efficiently processing large volumes of work.
- Collaborate with finance partners to finalize paperwork for approved payouts.
- Introduce customers to our warranty and breakdown services, working toward set targets.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience in an FCA-regulated environment is a bonus but not essential.

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
