Role Description
The Finance Lead will be responsible for the financial reporting, the financial delivery and strategy delivery of the Hyde site in Greater Manchester. As the Finance Lead you will have strong relationship management skills for developing and maintaining internaland external stakeholders. You will be passionate about continuous improvement, take a lead in challenging stakeholders, target setting and performance management. As Finance Lead you will have exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillscombined with a focus on achieving deadlines and maintaining the highest quality output.
Core Responsibilities
- Business performance reporting (Weekly, monthly, annual)
- Monthly management accounts
- Management of forecasting and budgeting
- Financial targets
- Investment appraisals
- Capital governance
- Business partnering with site, central and shared service centre stakeholders
- Management of the team
- Implement best in class processes
- Finance and site team leadership
Skills and Experience
As Finance Lead, you will possess strong interpersonal skills and have the drive and determination to achieve results through people and deliver on deadlines. You will have strong numerical skills and be a logical thinker. Financially qualified with three ofmore years' experience.
