**Job Role**:Support Worker Learning Disabilities

**Location**: Northallerton

**Salary**:£11.90 per hour

Healthcare Partnerships is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Support Worker to provide individualised, person-centred care to three individuals with a range of learning disabilities and mental health support needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, enabling them to reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised care and support to three individuals, each with varying levels of need.
- Deliver one-to-one support, helping residents achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Promote independence and wellbeing, supporting residents in their day-to-day activities.
- Assist with social and recreational activities, including cookery classes, art sessions, cinema trips, and more.

**About the Role**:

- The position involves working in a friendly, small-team environment.
- There are currently two clients in the home, with a third resident expected.
- The team works together to ensure a supportive, homely atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- A compassionate, caring attitude and commitment to person-centred care.
- Experience with learning disabilities and/or mental health support is beneficial, though not essential.
- Flexibility to work across different levels of care and one-to-one support.
- A driving license is preferable but not required.
