Right now, they're looking for a Lead Java Developer to join their highly collaborative team in Bristol who are solving tricky problems and deliver clean, seamless solutions to some high-profile clients around the globe. Their clientele includes sectorsfrom Finance, Energy, Public Sector, Retail and so much more The variety with them is endless, and you will working with some of the brightest minds in the South West.

There is absolutely no requirement or expectation for you to be on a client site or travel - they complete their projects internally and are using a Hybrid working model allowing employees the flexibility to from home and come into the office once a week(sometimes less depending on the projects)

You can expect to be working with a diverse range of platforms and modern architectures, microservices, Cloud, steaming and serverless.

**Experience needed?**
- Strong experience working with Java, Spring, Microservices
- Excellent problem-solving ability and the desire to solve them.
- The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
- Exposure or a strong interest in Cloud Infrastructure
- The desire to stay up to date with the latest tech & continuous learning and development.
- STEM degree would be highly desirable.

**What's their remote working policy?**
- They will continue to be flexible with hybrid working, the expectation would be for you to come into their Bristol office once a week, sometimes less - depending on the projects._
