We are looking for ambitious and talented graduates to join our teams in London and Hong Kong.

The role involves assisting firms on a mix of marketing, communications and business development. This includes assisting firms to create professional business content for websites, social media, events and PR campaigns; guiding firms on how to respond to tenders and how to produce winning presentations; and helping firms to use data to measure campaigns and optimise marketing strategies.

**The graduate programme**

The 12-month programme will teach you:

- Business journalism: how to write impactful content for clients.
- Professional copywriting: how to assist firms with marketing materials, website designs, and presentations which make our clients stand out.
- And digital marketing: how to understand and use website, marketing and social media analytics to drive growth for the client and demonstrate the value of our work.

Lextel’s clients rely on our dedication to editorial quality and our deep understanding of their businesses (and what resonates with their target audiences) to help them publish world-class thought leadership. You will need to be able to get to grips with complex business issues and enjoy nurturing client relationships across a wide range of markets and regions.

You will work closely and report to the Partners of the business.

**Key requirements**
- A minimum second class degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Commercial awareness.
- Team-orientated and collaborative outlook.
- The right to work in the UK or Hong Kong.
- A willingness to travel overseas for work.
- Legal knowledge or experience is desirable as are additional languages.
- Knowledge of content management systems, CRMs and marketing automation software would be an advantage,

**Key tasks**
- Interviewing senior law firm partners, business leaders, business development and marketing heads, and other stakeholders.
- Working on survey projects, for example researching the topic and developing survey questionnaires; analysing and reporting on survey data.
- Managing content planning and delivery through our project management tools.
- Helping to facilitate and lead client seminars on topic and campaign development, for both in-person and digital events.
