We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist for an open vacancy in Prague or remote from the UK. NonStop Consulting is a UK founded, international recruitment consultancy, with a major office in the business capitol of the country, Canary Wharf London.Some of our core business markets have a focus in the UK Social Care and Governmental industries and due to growing projects, we are looking to fill the position of Senior Compliance Specialist with a highly organised and efficient individual, who has an excellentunderstanding of the UK and preferable related Compliance issues.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- **DBS check requests**(separate from compliance requests)
- DBS check renewals
- Help answer to consultant questions / requests
- **Help answer to external client requests**:

- **Document management**(saving compliance documents and signed contracts to the relevant folders)
- **AWR**(insure all contractors now receive Key Information Document at the 12 week point)
- **IR35 (manage additional checks for all contractors engaged through their Ltd)**:

- **Managing the process**:

- use the training provided as well as common sense and proactivity in all processes
- **Managing communication**:

- be fluent in English, another language is a nice-to-have

- excellent level of literacy, grammar and orthography in English
- **Good understanding of the UK and UK compliance is highly desirable, though for willing individuals, open to developing in this field, we can consider without.**
