Reporting to:Head of Corporate Banking

The Aim of Your Role:
Join the Corporate Banking Department to manage clients across the diversified industrials segment. Provide a meaningful contribution to ensure that the annual budget is attained with the support throughout the bank.

Key aims:

- Promote the brand, grow revenue and market share to achieve KPIs
- Produce AML documents required by Legal & Compliance Department.
- Originate and execute all aspects of a deal and lead the overall process.
- Satisfactory performance of responsibilities.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

- Handle relationship management and business development among the existing Large Corporate clients including deepening the relationships as well as cross-selling.
- Develop and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, acquire new corporate clients for loans, deposits and ancillary products.
- With exceptional credit skills to write credit papers and liaise with Risk team on clients and broader portfolio. Proactively monitor credit quality through early warning recognition and implement appropriate strategies.
- Handling of on-going client administration (including on-boarding /CDD) as required. Update and maintain accurate client/credit files
- Assist Head of department to manage team, prepare required documentations for internal reporting and meetings; and deliver business performance in line with bank strategy.
- In addition to these duties, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the bank's business.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

- Degree holder.
- Demonstrable recent experience in expanding corporate banking business through attaining new Tier 1 corporate clients
- Relevant level of Corporate RM experience.in establishing, cultivating and managing large corporate client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking and financial markets products and solutions.
- Credit capability including financial analysis and forecast modelling.
- Build good working relationships, and ensure good co-operation with other departments, network as well.
- Possess a proactive and positive attitude, be able to manage multiple high priorities simultaneously
