In the Receptionist job, you will be:

- Handling all telephone and personal enquiries professionally and promptly
- Meeting and greeting all guests ensuring they feel special on every visit
- Responsible for a variety of tasks including bookings, data handling, taking payments, raising invoices, aftersales, health & safety and other administration duties
- Assisting with sales processes as and when required and showing customers around the organisation

To be considered for the Receptionist role you must have:

- Previous reception, administration and customer service experience
- Strong communication, customer service and relationship building skills
- Complaint handling experience
- A passion for helping people and problem solving
- IT literate including Microsoft Office packages - Word & Excel
- Ability to prioritise work, work to deadlines and manage a high-volume workload
- A team player approach with an ability to work unsupervised

This role is based at their premises in Conwy and is on an hourly salary of £10 per hour. Please note, own transport would be required due to the location of the organisation.
