**Technical Sales Representative**

Our signature products—modular steel ice baths, commercial chillers, and mobile saunas—serve a passionate community of wellness centres, gyms, elite athletes, event organisers, and everyday cold-water advocates. We're looking for a **Technical Sales Professional** with proven experience in a similar industry (e.g. wellness technology, fitness equipment, HVAC/chillers, spa systems, or similar). Someone who understands technical specs, customer needs, and how to close deals—without needing handholding. You’ll be selling to clients who value performance, build quality, and experience—not gimmicks. If you've worked with ice baths, recovery equipment, or sauna systems before, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification through to closing and post-sale onboarding.
- Hit the ground running by leveraging your existing network and product knowledge.
- Confidently demo and consult on our ice baths, chillers, saunas, and supporting equipment.
- Work with clients to understand space, power, and usage requirements.
- Attend trade shows, events, and on-site installations.
- Feedback insights to the team on feature requests, objections, and market trends.

**You Bring**
- experience in a comparable space (e.g. cold therapy, gym tech, commercial wellness, HVAC, or similar).
- A track record of smashing targets and closing consultative sales.
- Comfort with technical discussions—cooling capacity, installation, power, filtration, etc.
- A self-starting mindset: able to build pipeline and convert opportunities fast.
- A love for health, wellness, and the growing cold-water movement.

**Bonus Points**
- Direct experience with cold plunge systems, chillers, or sauna equipment.
- Existing contacts in the fitness, physiotherapy, spa, or wellness sectors.
- Technical understanding of refrigeration or water systems.
- Based near Wigan or within easy reach of the Northwest.
