Sokin has a rapidly increasing client base ranging from sports & entertainment to logistics, travel and more. We have grand plans and are looking to add to our already brilliant team to help us achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Interaction Design**: Create intuitive, user-centred designs for our products, focusing on how users interact with the interface.
- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behaviour and preferences.
- **Prototyping**: Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the marketing design team to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- **User Flows and Wireframes**: Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate the user experience.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and execute usability tests, analyse results, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- **Design Systems**: Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions and the rationale behind them.
⠀**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in interaction design and usability.
- **Tools**: Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- **Research Skills**: Strong skills in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design and user-centred design processes.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design solutions effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- **Education**: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of front-end development principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
