**Personal Assistant to Group CEO**
Yordas Group is a leading international provider of scientific and consultancy services, regulatory advice and training to industry in sustainability, chemicals management and risk assessment. We help ensure companies are compliant and up-to-date with the regulations affecting their supply chains and product portfolios. **Grade**: Dependent on experience
**Location**: Lancaster, UK (Office based)
**Salary range**: Dependent on experience, full time or part-time position
**Summary**
Yordas Group is a high growth company with five global subsidiaries and future plans to expand into new regions and sectors. The complexities placed on senior management now warrant this new position as PA to the Group CEO.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Effective diary management and all associated arrangements to ensure the optimum effectiveness of the CEO's time
- Oversee the smooth running of all key business meetings preparing agendas and briefing materials, distributing minutes and ensuring follow-up and prompt delivery of actions allocated to attendees
- Co-ordinate and issue Monthly Business Performance Pack to the Group Board of Directors and the Leadership Team
- Monitor and prioritise incoming communications and CEO task backlog on a daily basis, dealing, responding or redirecting as appropriate
- Act as a point of formal communication between the Executive Board of Directors, Directors, Leadership Team and staff
- Physical and electronic filing and indexing of Corporate documentation
- Support with the personal administration activities of the CEO
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events as and when required
- Arrange travel as required to domestic and global destinations
- Undertake such other tasks including research and project work that may be appropriate and where confidentiality is required
**Profile and Qualifications**
- Have previous experience of working successfully in a similar role
- Possess a qualification in business, management, CIPD, or administration
- Excellent ability to script formal letters, prepare documentation, develop reports and build presentations - Yordas primarily utilises Google Workspace
- Possess extensive all-round communication skills
- Be highly organised, able to manage a varied workload
- Work with a high level of discretion
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the Leadership Team
