Mi Analyst

Our client is a globally leading public services provider and are seeking an experienced and driven MI Analyst to join their ever-growing and highly successful team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a FTSE 250 company with excellentcareer progression opportunities.
The company has 6 offices throughout the UK & Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, working in several large industries across these regions.
Reporting into the MI Manager, you will be joining a strong support team of MI Analysts to run high quality MI, business intelligence reports and dashboards to support Operational, Client and internal requirements where your reports will help decision makingand performance management on a range of contracts. **The Role**:

- Maintain and develop suites of key intraday, daily, weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Produce slide decks and reports to help the operation achieve business targets and support performance management
- Develop reporting into automated formats using SQL, Power BI, VBA and Advanced Excel
- Work with internal departments providing insight to inform business decision making
- Evolve into a “Trusted Partner” of Operational Managers
- Develop Standardise Operating Procedures across all reports

**The Person**:

- A track record in data analytics and business insight
- Advanced Excel skills with experience of data and system analysis
- Statistical analysis skills
- Understanding of operational metrics and evaluating performance against KPIs
- Ability to strategically align MI priorities with business objectives
- Able to create complex SQL queries alongside experience in VBA
- High level report writing
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
