**Role**:

- Work alongside the Retail Director to manage their flagship store team to deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience at all times.
- Ensure the seamless running of the store by working closely with our Retail Manager and HQ departments
- Support the online retail platform and create an omni-channel experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador helping to educate and excite others
- Be a helpful resource for customers to create lasting positive client relationships.
- Communicate and drive daily focuses to the team that balance KPIs and brand values.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant retail supervisory experience.
- Self motivated and always proactive looking for opportunities and markets to promote the brand in
- Ambitious, organised, thoughtful, inquisitive and always excited to help make someone’s day.
- Excels at process and execution with a ‘no-task-too-small’ attitude.

Offering:

- Basic salary - £33,000 - £36,000
- Excellent commisson - 4% on all sales.
