Here at **MJ Quinn**, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a **Traffic Management Co-ordinator** to join the business. This position will be office based in Knowsley at our Logistics Centre and on-site.

**Your role will include**:

- Receive/respond to TM request forms
- Create/update job packs
- Update/chase photo records
- Flag up non-compliant photos
- Create quotes & invoices, log data and send to relevant parties
- Update, collate and chase fuel receipts/defect sheets
- Update/chase audits
- Raise purchase orders and enter them onto tracker
- Capability on spreadsheets, using conditional formatting, formulae, etc.
- Work well within a team and be able to communicate in a professional manner
- Ability to make judgment calls and answer queries immediately
- Check progress/upload files into CRM / Deponet
- Produce POs and update relevant spreadsheet.

**Experience required**:

- Minimum 12 months of in a Traffic Management role
- Computer literate, accomplished in Excel and word
- Work well within a team
- Work well in a busy office environment
