**Sales & Subscriptions Coordinator**

Employment and Payroll Experts Enable Ltd. has a fantastic opportunity to join their Nannytax and Stafftax Sales & Subscriptions team.
This role is a permanent, part time position with flexibility for remote working available. 20 hours per week (Monday 0900 - 1400, Wednesday 0900 - 1730 & Thursday 0900 - 1730)
**Role Purpose**
Responsible for handling all new customer enquiries, support prospective customers through the sign-up journey ensuring that they have a full understanding of the service and all the additional services that can be added on to suit their needs.
Ensuring that any customer queries at the point of renewal are dealt with and we retain all customers due to renew.
Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times to ensure that departmental KPIs are met.
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Experience of working in a customer focussed sales role.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Confident when dealing with all types of customer communication.
- Skilled in objection handling.
- Able to demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and able to demonstrate time management skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Skilled in problem solving.
- Good IT skills.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- **Customer**:_
- Champion the customer at all times - identify, address and or/ escalate repeat customer issues to ensure action can be taken to mitigate risk or exposure on the customer experience.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries, becoming the customers point of contact until their query is fully resolved in a timely manner.
- Take ownership and accountability for any customer dissatisfaction, escalating customer issues to the Sales & Subscriptions Team Manager to ensure route cause is analysed and addressed, preventing recurrence, and ensuring customer resolution.
- **Sales**:_
- Ensure the Sales & Subscriptions Team achieve all department’s KPIs.
- Maximising all sales leads, through to successful conversion for the company’s payroll, pension and insurance services.
- Responsible for ensuring incoming enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and in line with agreed departmental KPIs.
- Timely action of sales/renewals processes for subscriptions and insurance in line with internal processes and procedures and FCA regulations.
- Timely action of refunds and insurance policy cancellations.
- Completion of daily tasks relating to sales and renewals as delegated by the line manager.

- Highlight opportunities to enhance the customer experience, utilising existing technologies and by suggesting smarter ways of working.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring own work is completed to a consistently high standard and in line with agreed timescales.
