**Customer Service Advisor - Barton-Upon-Humber (DN18)**
£22,460 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
No Weekends or Evenings

Due to expansion, our client is looking to for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing, dedicated team in Barton-upon-Humber.

Don’t worry about the product knowledge, we will give you that in their hands-on training programme

No two days are the same here

**DUTIES**
- Providing high quality customer service experiences
- No cold calling or sales
- Assisting customer enquiries from initial order to fitting
- Liaising with showrooms
- Proactively resolving customer queries
- Building and maintaining relationships

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role
- Strong written and verbal language skills
- IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft
- Experience in customer service (whether face to face or in a call centre) is desirable but not essential
