**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the nursery's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs.
- Foster positive relationships with parents to facilitate effective communication regarding their child's progress and well-being.
- Manage a small key group of children, monitoring and documenting their developmental milestones.
- Assist with daily care routines including meal times, naps, and hygiene practices.
- Serve as a positive role model for children, demonstrating respectful and nurturing behavior.
- Engage in fun and educational interactions with children to encourage curiosity and learning.
- Adhere to nursery policies and procedures consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with our friendly and supportive team.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a nursery or childcare environment is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
- Genuine passion for working with children, finding joy in their growth and development.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
