**Product Specialist**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become important team member within our Sales Department while also playing a pivotal role in contributing towards our team at Stoneacre / Lexus.

**Duties and Key Functions / Responsibilities of Product Specialist**
- Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential
- Provide industry leading customer service
- Recognise, process and follow-up sales prospects
- Understand the customer journey and ensure the handover experience is industry leading.
- Seek to generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
- Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales
- Sell additional dealership services to increase continued custom
- Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration
- An enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
- Be creative and willing to try out new ideas
- Raise the profile of the dealership and enhancing the reputation of the business by increasing followers and engagement
- Full training and ongoing support will be provided

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- A full UK driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Upto £30,000.00 OTE
