As a **Restaurant Supervisor**at Crerar Hotels, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service and smooth running of the department. With a passion for great food and excellent service, you will lead by example, motivating your team to uphold the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training staff, organising and preparing for service, and handling guest complaints professionally. You will also work closely with other departments, including the kitchen, reception, and bar, to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. From managing rotas and orders to ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, your role will be hands-on, and you’ll be instrumental in creating a supportive, positive work environment. Your dedication to providing the best possible guest experience will help maintain the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service.
